Rennet for home cheese making and for
making "quark" (sour curd cheese) and whey. |
- Use 1 tablet for 50 liters of milk (13 gallons plus 3 cups)
- Use 1/4 tablet for 12 liters of milk (3 gallons plus 3 cups)
- Use 1/2 tablet for 25 liters (6 gallons plus 6 cups)
Dissolve tablet completely in water and let set for 20 minutes prior to
adding to milk.

cheese) and fresh cheese and their by-product (whey) when used in
conjunction with Rennet. Also

- Add one packet to 1 liter/quart of milk
- May use milk or milk alternatives such as soy, rice, almond and
