T-Shirts
These T-Shirts are made of thick 100% Cotton. Even after years of wear
and numerous washings, these T-Shirts will not shrink, fade, or show
signs of wear.
The unique drawing on the front was done by a local artist in Ely, MN.
Bob Carey is in his 80's and writes humorous stories for Outdoor life
and other magazines. He has also authored several books, is known for
his drawings and paintings of wildlife and nature, and is a
distinguished wildlife enthusiast.
This drawing is of a bull moose (who live here in abundance) in ankle
deep water munching on swamp grass (their favorite food). There are
pine trees behind him and he displays a nice set of antlers. This same
drawing is used for the Wilderness Family Naturals' Logo.
The pine colored T-shirt has the fresh, earthy color of balsam fir and
white spruce. The putty colored T-Shirts are the color of some of the
washed stones along Lake Superior and rock ledges. It, too, exhibits a
natural, warm color.
These T-Shirts are over dyed and pre-washed. This means that have that
soft, faded, relaxed look and feel. It also means that they will never
shrink, even though they are new.
Sweatshirts
These sweatshirts, both with and without hoods, are thick and warm.
The hooded sweatshirt is 100% cotton and is available in pine (color).
The putty colored sweatshirt does not come with a hood and is 80%
cotton and 20% polyester. It, too, is thick and warm, ready for cold
Minnesota winters!
The inside of both sweatshirts is roughed like fleece. Both types of
sweatshirts have the unique drawing done by Bob Carey. They are both
over dyed and pre-washed just like the T-shirts and will hold up well
with repeated washings.
Our family and employees have T-Shirts and Sweatshirts which are over
6 years old. Surprisingly, they are still holding up with no holes and
still in great shape! Soft and comfortable, we love their natural
supple feeling against our skin and the warm coziness of the
sweatshirts when it is cold outside.
