Flourless Brownies {Gluten-free, Paleo}

This recipe for flour-less brownies come out fudge-like and rich. They taste delicious, and you wouldn’t think they are made without flour. You will love them not only for their rich chocolate taste, but also because the ingredients used are healthy, raw, and fair-sourced. What’s not to love?

What you need to make delicious flour-less brownies:

Wildly Organic Almond Butter – I love this almond butter because it is made from certified organic almonds that have been processed at low temperature to preserve their nutrients. It was absolutely perfect for this recipe. Because the almonds have not been roasted, the almond butter has a mild taste and doesn’t overpower the brownies while adding additional protein to the recipe.

Sugar – For this brownie recipe you can use Turbinado Sugar or Wildly Organic Coconut Sugar. If you choose to replace turbinado sugar with coconut sugar, you might need to increase the amount of sugar, since coconut sugar is not as sweet as Turbinado.

Wildly Organic Agave Nectar – This natural sweetener is so fresh and tastes amazing. It’s made from unfiltered agave syrup that preserves the nutrients and dark color. Many other agave syrup on the market are extensively filtered, we like the pure stuff!

Oil or Butter – In this healthy brownie recipe I used Wildly Organic Olive Oil; however Wildly Organic Coconut Oil or Wildly Organic Butter Alternative are also great alternatives. All three ingredients are high-quality and offer a great flavor to these flour-less brownies.

Wildly Organic Cacao Powder – This fermented cacao powder is packed with antioxidants, iron, and protein. Because it is processed at very low temperature, this cacao powder retains most of its nutrients and is considered a raw product.

Eggs- You can use any eggs, but organic eggs from free-range chickens are our favorite. You can also sub with chia or flax eggs to make this whole recipe plant-based.

Wildly Organic Chocolate Syrup–  This syrup is optional finishing step, but it enhances the chocolate flavor when it is drizzled over the brownies plus, they feel extra fancy too.

Satisfy your sweet tooth today with these tasty flour-less brownies. They are so easy and quick to whip up.

    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8X8 square pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, add almond butter, sugar, agave syrup, and oil. Using an electric mixer or a spatula, mix well.
    3. Add the cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, vanilla and the eggs, and continue mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated.
    4. Transfer the batter to the pan. Using your spatula, spread it evenly across the pan. You might need to use your hand to press down and even out the dough. Using a little oil on your hands will help the dough not stick to your hands while you press down on it.
    5. Sprinkle dairy-free chocolate chips on top.
    6. Bake the brownies for 20 to 25 mins, until the edges are done, and when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
    7. You can top with chocolate syrup and sea salt, for more chocolate flavor.
    8. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving them.
