6 – Eggs
½ – cups Coconut Oil (or ghee, butter, etc.) your choice
1-2 – Tbsp. Honey (depending on your tastes)
½ – tsp. Natural Salt (Himalayan pink, Celtic, etc.)
1 – tsp. Baking Powder (aluminum-free if possible)
¾ – cup Coconut Flour
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Whisk all above ingredients together, or blend in a food processor until all lumps are gone.
3. Grease a bread pan with butter or coconut oil and pour in your batter in.
4. Bake for 40 minutes.
