Cinnamon Coconut Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients

4-250 ml WFN Coconut Milk
2 teaspoons of WFN cinnamon
1½ cups of WFN coconut sugar
1½ tablespoons of WFN arrowroot
2 tsp of vanilla
¼ teaspoon of WFN Pink Himalayan salt

Cooking Instructions

Add coconut milk, sweetener, cinnamon, arrowroot, vanilla and salt in a blender or food processor. Mix Well

Add mixture to ice cream maker and process following manufacturer’s instructions.
