2 cups - Wilderness Family Naturals Soaked and Dehydrated Organic Walnuts
1-2 pinches - Himalayan Pink Salt
1-2 pinches - Organic Cinnamon
1-2 pinches - Organic Nutmeg
1 cup - Wilderness Family Naturals Freeze-Dried Banana Slices
¼ cup - Wilderness Family Naturals’ Coconut Spread (warmed above 76 degrees F)
3 tablespoon - Wilderness Family Naturals Raw Agave Nectar or Wilderness Family Naturals Raw Honey
Place the walnuts, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a food processor, fitted with the "S" blade and process to a coarse grind. Add the dehydrated banana slices and process until they're broken down and incorporated. As that is happening, add the raw agave nectar and coconut spread. Process the mixture until you get a dough-like consistency. Form into small cookies (either flat or in balls).
These small cookies will become firmer when refrigerated. They are meant to be eaten the day they are prepared, refrigerated or frozen. Walnuts contain omega 3 fatty acids which will go rancid if stored at room temperature.
