Chicken, Shrimp, or Fish
Eggs
Coconut Flour
Simply take your chicken pieces (or shrimp, or fish), season them with salt and pepper, dunk them in an egg bath (just whisk a raw egg in a bowl), then dip them in coconut flour until fully coated, then back in the egg bath, and then roll in dried coconut flakes.
Fry them in hot coconut oil or sauté in butter. They are crunchy, delicious, and low-carb.
