Wilderness Family Naturals' Caucasus Kefir Capsules are a whole food dietary supplement containing live probiotic microorganisms, yeasts, and lactic acid bacteria.

The original kefir cultures were brought to the United States from the Caucasus Mountains in Eastern Europe years ago. Today they are grown on goat's milk, freeze dried (to concentrate and preserve them) and then placed into capsules. Unlike other probiotic capsules this supplement most closely resembles that of a kefir concentrate, containing many of the components of the Goat Milk Kefir culture.

Suggested use for adults

As a supplement, take one capsule three times a day. You may take them with a meal.

Lactobacillus, Saccaromyces, and whey (whey is used as food for the probiotic organisms) in vegetables capsules.
