This product contains a wide variety of digestive enzymes. Thera-blend enzymes are a compilation of a number of different enzyme substances that are activated over a wide range of pH working at many different levels of digestion on a category of food substances. For example amylases digest carbohydrates, proteases digest proteins, cellulases digest cellulose and lipases digest fats.
One or more capsules may be taken with each meal or snack. The amount of capsules required will vary with amount and type of foods eaten.
Recommended Usage: Take 1-3 capsules with meals. More may be taken as needed.
People with sensitive digestive tracts may wish to take 2-4 capsules of Intest-A-Mend with these enzymes at meal time.
