This certified organic bar is made with raw coconut, raw almond butter, and raw agave to create a tasty nugget center sandwiched between two outside layers made solely of raw cacao and raw agave. This raw bar is high in medium chain fatty acids and fiber because of the large amount of coconut. Raw Cacao Powder, another strategic ingredient, has antioxidant activity as exhibited by an ORAC score of over 1300 μmol TE/g as well as magnesium, iron and calcium. This bar is 99.9% raw.
