Our organic nuts and seeds are fresh, flavorful and delicious. We do our best to procure the highest quality nuts and seeds available. They are soaked and dried under controlled conditions with commercial equipment in a USDA inspected kitchen. We take extra measures, such as refrigeration and vapor barrier packaging to insure that you receive only the best.

One half cup of organic sunflower seeds contains 30% of the daily value of fiber (see nutritional panel for saturated fat content). This same half cup also contains 32% of the DV for protein and 27% of the DV for iron.

In July 2003, the FDA released a qualified health claim stating "Scientific evidence suggests, but does not prove, that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease."
