Our Sweet Mango Pepper Dressing is USDA Certified

Initially, this dressing began as a rainbow pepper dressing. The idea was to create a dressing that featured all three colors of sweet bell peppers with onions and garlic in a relish type of dressing. It was a very nice dressing and many loved it until the inspiration came to add mango and a hint of orange to augment those flavors.

This dressing now reminds me of the mango relishes made in the Philippines. It has great taste and is extremely versatile. It can be used in any type of salad: fruit, pasta and vegetable. It can also be used as a marinade and it is absolutely delicious on chicken, turkey, fish or beef.

This is a wonderful dressing that is a nice balance of the sweet mango and the tang of a vinaigrette. I have tossed all other dressings out because nothing else tastes as good. When the bottle gets about half way down, you can stretch the remaining dressing by adding a little bit of Coconut Vinegar.

Over the years I have tried numerous organic salad dressings with nothing much to say about them except that they had slightly better ingredients than store bought ones, but that was not always true. However, this Mango Pepper dressing stands out so much I had to write a review! The flavors are fresh simply bursting in your mouth as you are eating your salad. Plus you can use this as a marinade which I haven't done as of yet. This dressing is so...good you could eat it with a spoon. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.
