These Certified Organic Pecans have been soaked as Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation suggests, and then dehydrated at low temperatures.

Our certified organic pecans are fresh, flavorful, soft, yet crispy and incredibly delicious. We do our best to procure the highest quality nuts available. These come from a small family farm in Texas.  They are wonderful, certified organic pecans coming from another small business in a rural community in America.

Once received these pecans are soaked and dried under controlled conditions with commercial equipment in a USDA inspected kitchen. We take extra measures, such as refrigeration and vapor barrier packaging to insure that you receive only the best.

In July 2003, the FDA released a qualified health claim stating "Scientific evidence suggests, but does not prove, that eating 1.5 ounces per day of most nuts, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease."
