Our Cacao Nibs from Peru are USDA Certified
Organic by ICS (International Certification Services).
This product has been inspected by Earth Kosher,
a kosher certifying agency in the United States.
The Cacao Nibs from Peru are of the
Trinitario variety. They are a richer, dark brown
color. Their flavor is also more intense, and there
is almost a faint coffee like flavor to them in
addition to the light chocolate taste.
These cacao nibs come from beans raised organically
without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemicals
of any kind. They are also purchased as fair trade from
Peru.
I ordered 5lbs of raw cacao from you recently & would like to share with you our feedback. We have been enjoying raw cacao for several years now yet yours is different, truly exquisite : ) Thank you
