Irish Breakfast tea is another full-bodied tea, but in the tradition of the Irish, and is a somewhat malty brew. It is made from a blend of several black teas. In Ireland, this tea is not referred to as "Irish Breakfast tea", but simply as tea. It is enjoyed throughout the day and evening. Like English Breakfast tea, because of its strength, Irish Breakfast tea is commonly served with milk, though others prefer to drink it with lemon or sugar and some will just drink it straight.
