Wilderness Family Naturals' Green Food Feast Smoothie
is a natural whole food, powder blend of herbs, algae, seaweed, cereal grasses, vegetables and wild fruits. They provide the body with fiber, vitamin C, calcium, riboflavin and zinc. This blend is also rich in iron, magnesium, copper and manganese. It does NOT contain "juice powders" that are extracted using high temperatures and often contain carriers. Instead, Green Food Feast contains ingredients that are dried and powdered without heating to retain the natural nutrients.

Basic Preparation: This powder can be added to a blender with any juice (fruit or veggie), warm broth, or blended fruits and/or vegetables.

I expected this to taste bitter like when juicing greens but it was actually pretty good. It had a softer taste, almost liked a cooked spinach and a grassy taste but not bitter whatsoever even when mixing it with just water.
