Inspiration for this dressing came from my love for poppy seed dressings. Its unique flavors come from a blend of onion, garlic and lemon combined with "crunchy" poppy seeds. This dressing also has a unique sweetener, coconut sap sugar, making it first-rate. Great for salads, this dressing can be used both with fruits and vegetables. Only organic oils are used: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Unrefined Sesame Seed Oil, and Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
