Order
Using
the Shopping Cart:
If you have done much shopping on the internet I think you
will find our shopping cart pretty standard. You will
have the opportunity to place an order for each product in
the shopping cart. You may then continue shopping, view
the items you have already selected or checkout. You
will receive an e-mail confirming the order, and we will start
processing your order right away. The order will be
placed and processed on a secured server. If you do
not feel comfortable placing an order over the internet you
may e-mail us with credit card information in several emails.
If your credit card info is in several emails with the shipping
address and expiration date separated as well, your information
is secure. Or you may call in your order (See "ordering
by phone" below).
Rest assured we do not sell or give away our
customer list!

by Mail:
You can print out the order form
at the end of this document or just write up your own.
Please include order numbers and the name of each herb you wish
to purchase as well as quantity. As a rule of thumb
UPS charges $6.50 for the first pound sent and $.50 for each
additional pound. In addition to the weight of the items you
purchase you will need to add 1 pound for the shipping materials.
Use this rule when figuring up your total if enclosing a check.
If you are using a credit card we can figure everything up
for you. We always enclose a copy of the invoice with

Ordering
over the Phone:
You may place your order by phone, as well. Since we
live in the wilderness and only have a cell phone the connections
are not always good. If something seems to happen to
our connection, please just hang up and try again. Please
have your credit card handy along with the names of each herb
and their respective order numbers. We now have a toll free
phone for ordering: 1-800-945-3801 (8-5 Monday -Friday) and
for questions or to order after hours our phone number is

The internet is wonderful for long distance communication
and very convenient.
Shipping
Information:
For bulk herbs and other bulk nutritional items please allow
2 weeks delivery time, though we hope to have your order to
you in much less time than that. These items will be
shipped UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.
For appliances delivery time will vary from 3 days to 2 weeks.
They, too, will be shipped UPS.
Our
return policy:
Returned appliances will be charged a 20% restocking fee
unless it is defective by fault of the manufacturer upon receipt.
After the first week, after having used the appliance, if
you then have problems we will refer you to the manufacturer
who will respond according to their warranties.
Our customers are responsible for shipping any product they
wish to return for a refund.
As far as the herbs and other bulk nutritional items, we offer
