Agave Nectar, Raw, Certified Organic
Agave Nectar is a sweet syrup made from the Blue Agave plant. It is obtained by the extraction and purification of “sap," which is broken down by natural enzymes into the monosaccharides (simple sugars): mainly fructose (70-75%) and dextrose (20-26%).
The product is certified organic. Wilderness Family Naturals’ Agave Nectar is never heated during processing and is considered raw.

Coconut Sap Sugar
Coconut Sugar is a natural, high energy food source made from the sweet sap of the flowering stem at the top of the coconut tree. It is made from an inflorescence. An inflorescence is a group or cluster of flowers arranged on a stem.
It is slowly bent for collection and this sweet sap oozing out from the inflorescence is collected, boiled, and concentrated to form a granulated sugar. Our Coconut Sap Sugar is wet and has an oyster-white translucent color when first gathered. After boiling, the sweet sap turns into a light brown color.
Our Organic Coconut Sugar is a all natural sweetener. Coconut Sugar can be used to sweeten any of your favorite’s beverages, sauces, marinades or dishes. You will simply love it!

Muscovado Sugar
Muscovado is a natural, high energy food source made from the sugar cane. This sugar in not uniform in color, but has a more natural appearance. It is made from soaking the sugar cane, filtering it and then evaporating the water until it crystalizes. No other processing takes place. It is the least processed of all the cane sugars. This is the original product sugar farmers take to the sugar mills. The sugar mills then make products such as brown sugar, white sugar and molasses after more purification, heat and filtering.

Honey, Raw Unfiltered Wild, Rich in Bee Pollen
This truly raw honey is made by native bees in the Philippine mountains. It is loaded with pollen from the surrounding coconut trees, papaya, mangoes, and other tropical plants. These bees never receive sugar water and are not exposed to chemicals or antibiotics of any kind. They are not susceptible to the pests and bacteria that normal honey bees succumb to. Because the honey comes from wild hives, there is no separation between the different combs they store their food in, therefore, when the honey combs are extracted all their food is expelled. This is as close as most people will ever get to a wild honey fresh from a tree.

Vegetable Glycerine
Vegetable Glycerine is a clear, colorless, thick liquid with a natural, moderately sweet taste. 100% food grade vegetable glycerine is comprised of 99.7% fatty esters, made from either coconut or palm oil. The remaining 0.3% of vegetable glycerine is water.
Fatty esters have very low caloric content. Water, temperature and pressure are used to create the vegetable glycerine, so it is not a raw product. The temperatures are high enough to kill enzymes and the material is also kept under pressure for 20-30 minutes.
The pH of vegetable glycerine is 7.0. Our vegetable glycerine is tested for heavy metals, chlorides, sulfates, moisture and other impurities. It is as pure as you can obtain.
