Murray River
Murray River salt comes from the Murray River in Australia. It have very light peach tones and is the lightest of all the salts the the mildest flavor. Murray River salt is in flakes rather than crystals and is so delicate that it quickly melts into any dish. Four ounces of Murray River salt take up the space of 8 ounces of most other raw, unrefined salt. (Sold only as small delicate flakes.)
