Oil
 Castor Oil may be useful as a skin softener as follows: Cleanse the skin with a mild soap and water
and apply Castor Oil. Massage in sparingly.
To make a castor oil pack: Saturate wool flannel and apply over desired area. Dry
heat may be applied, plastic may be held over castor
oil pack as well to increase heat on area.
